Information is used to review potential placements, evaluate rehoming requests, respond to inquiries, maintain records, support animal welfare, and meet applicable operational or compliance obligations.
Access and retention
Administrative access is restricted. Retention and deletion practices must be finalized for the jurisdictions and services in which the organization operates.
Third parties
Information may be shared with veterinarians, references, service providers, or authorities where authorized, necessary for review, or required by applicable law. No sale of applicant data is intended.
Contact and updates
Business contact information and the effective date will be inserted through Admin Settings before launch. Material policy changes should be reviewed and versioned.
